The XWRM-10A Transformer Winding Resistance Meter is designed for accurate and fast measurement of highly inductive loads such as transformers, reactors, generators, and motors. The instrument uses direct three‑channel digital reading to test windings simultaneously, ensuring quick and reliable results. Its high‑contrast, large alphanumeric display allows clear visibility even in bright sunlight, and the very fast discharge time helps reduce overall testing duration. Selectable maximum current range ensures protection of small transformers during testing.The instrument includes built‑in demagnetization circuitry, enabling demagnetization of the transformer core upon completion of resistance testing or as a standalone function before SFRA testing. The XWRM allows measurement on transformers with on‑load tap changers, providing make‑before‑break indication for operator safety. For advanced analysis, the unit supports internal mass memory for 2000 test records and features USB connectivity for data export. A remote trigger switch and emergency stop are provided for safe operation, and Bluetooth connectivity through the MOT‑WARE mobile application enables cloud‑based data storage and analysis.
